A redesign of logo and interface design project for IXPOS — an advanced, modular retail management system developed by INEO Group. The system supports medium and large retail businesses by integrating sales operations, inventory management, accounting, promotions, and centralized control into one cohesive ecosystem.

My role included redesigning the product logo and developing the visual language for key application interfaces. I was responsible for creating the startup screens, login views, and the main dashboard of the POS application — a central operational hub and one of the most visible screens within the system. The objective was to ensure visual consistency between the new screens with the evolving UI direction of the platform.

In addition to static interface design, I created screen animations to enhance the overall user experience and introduce a more refined, contemporary feel to the system. The challenge was to balance visual clarity with the functional complexity of retail software — maintaining efficiency, readability, and hierarchy within high-density data environments.

The resulting design direction establishes a more cohesive and modern interface system that supports the product’s positioning as an innovative and forward-thinking retail solution.
